In 2011, Thibault co-founded SoWeb Agency, an agency that helps companies to find business solutions by amplifying their presence in the digital world. While studying in France and England, he developed the commercial activity of the agency.
He joined FRED & FARID Paris at the end of 2014 on the Orangina, Schweppes, Pulco brands and notably contributed to the "What Did you Expect?" campaign in early 2015. He quickly became Account Manager for Audi AG, Carambar, Very Bad Kids, Amor Benamor (Algeria), then Gémo, Humanis, HP Europe in 2016 and developed some thirty national and international campaigns during the 2 years.
During the 2017 presidential elections, he orchestrated the "Libé des réfugiés" campaign for Libération, a newspaper written entirely by twenty refugees from around the world. He accompanied three of them to meet President François Hollande at the Élysée Palace, as well as the future President Emmanuel Macron. The campaign won numerous awards at the prestigious D&AD London, Cannes Lions and One Show festivals. The same year, he joined Romance as Account Director for Intermarché, in charge of the brand's "advertising" activities, and signed some notable campaigns such as the 3-minute brand film "C'est magnifique" or the launch of "Merci" milk, the milk that pays farmers the best."
In 2019, he left Romance to devote himself to a business consulting activity, primarily for the American start-up Jour founded by his former partners. The start-up whose activity is to make mental health more accessible in the United States raised 2 million dollars from Kevin Rose (True Venture) and Xavier Niel (Kima Ventures) in 3 months. Thibault consulted them for 2 years at key moments for the company.
In 2021, he took over the commercial direction of Grey Paris and reunited with Emmanuel Ferry, President of Ogilvy Paris, whom he had previously met 7 years earlier at FRED & FARID Paris. Thibault Loué also works for Ogilvy Paris clients such as Monkey Shoulder of William Grant & Sons.
Thibault will be supported in particular by Grégoire Bazin, group leader at Grey Paris and Ogilvy Paris. After studying economics at Paris II Assas and a master's degree in marketing & advertising at Iscom, Grégoire went through 65db and FRED & FARID where he worked since 2017. He has most notably worked for La Redoute, Audemars Piguet, Les cinémas Pathé Gaumont and was involved in the return of Budweiser in France.
