Ogilvy Paris launched Hors Circuit in 2021, a free springboard competition to help talented artists emerge without a network. The competition is open to young artists residing in France between the ages of 18 and 35. It is open to directors, illustrators, sound designers and graphic artists.
Convinced that talent has no origins, neighborhoods or limits, Ogilvy Paris joins forces with its partners Instagram and Les Determines for the third edition of its Hors Circuit competition. The winner will benefit from all the expertise of an agency like Ogilvy and its network, as well as material and financial assistance to bring his or her personal project to fruition. To take part, you need to present your artistic project via Instagram and apply before November 30 on the Hors Circuit website platform. The winner will be announced on January 18, 2024, and will be supported until the completion of his or her creative project. Last year's winner was Eugène Bolengu, dancer, scriptwriter, and director. His short film is currently in production with H&O (Ogilvy Paris).
