Lucile Le Barillier joins Ogilvy Paris as Social Media and Influence Creative Director. She will be part of Matthieu Elkaim's team, President and Chief Creative Officer.
Lucile will bring her experience to strengthen the agency's expertise on digital platforms and partnerships with content creators. Her appointment embodies the agency's ambition to develop ever more relevant and impactful campaigns and to reinforce brands' creative presence on social networks and influencer platforms.

A rich and inspiring career path
Lucile began her career as an Art Director at BETC, where she spent five years designing social media campaigns and activations for clients such as Ferrero, Accor, Ricard, and Paris2024. She then joined Mazarine to work on L'Oréal, Perrier, and the Pernod Ricard group, before embarking on an entrepreneurial venture. Lucile founded a company dedicated to reusable, eco-responsible products, distributed internationally. Building on this enriching experience, she joined the international agency JIN, specializing in social media and influencer marketing. For four years, she restructured and led the creative department, contributing to the acquisition of key accounts such as GrandOptical, Amazon, Five Guys, and the Ferrero group.
