What are some emerging trends in the Radio & Audio space that you're excited about?
One of the things that has surprised and excited me the most is the way that some brands have the ability to transgress media. The boundaries between different media are becoming more and more blurred and ideas are connecting across different platforms in a way never seen before.
How can brands effectively use audio today?
Voice recognition platforms, audio, music, soundtracks. When we use audio in a disruptive way in communication, it elevates the idea. We have to stop thinking of radio and audio as a traditional category. Today, this category is increasingly surprising us with innovation, technology and craft that transcends this medium to transmit messages in a truly disruptive way.
