← Back to IdeasHow Oglivy Celebrated International Women's Month 2025: The Force, The Focus, The Future

"The Force, The Focus, The Future" echoed across Ogilvy's global network as the company embraced International Women's Month 2025. Through a remarkable series of events spanning across all of March, Ogilvy transformed the month into a powerful celebration for women's voices, leadership development, and collective progress..
In an era of unprecedented possibility, women aren't just participating in progress—they're demanding it. The theme centered on a movement where women's voices don't just rise—they roar. It is about the force that breaks barriers, the focus that drives transformation, and the future they're actively shaping. Ogilvy created a space where women's ambitions soared, their creativity shined, and their leadership enriched the industry and communities at large.
At Ogilvy, this vision was turned into reality by building an environment where women lead fearlessly, innovate boldly, and transform visions into breakthrough realities—not just for International Woman’s Day, but every single day.
The month's activities, which were open to all our employees, were supported by specially designed graphic assets that employees used across social media, presentations, flyers, and Teams backgrounds. The artwork for IWD 2025 was designed by Ramesa Ahasan, an award-winning designer who has created culturally relevant projects for global brands. Ogilvy also launched a comprehensive resource guide featuring books, films, and podcasts created by women, offering everyone at Ogilvy the opportunity to engage with a wide array of women's voices and perspectives.
