To change perceptions around the quality of its food and continue its recent history of elevating its menu items to the level of haute cuisine, KFC Australia and Ogilvy Sydney created an experience that challenged food gatekeepers and critics to eat their words. "KFC Degustation" is an 11-course meal consisting of dishes that are deconstructed, fine-dining style versions of signature KFC menu items, created by one of Australia's most renowned chefs, Nelly Robinson. After being presented to critics, journalists, and influencers the exclusive pop-up experience was available for three days in Sydney and garnered interest from over 20,000 applicants.
