Every hotel loyalty program typically offers the same old rewards: complimentary breakfasts, late check-outs, and free room upgrades. However, Artotel Group, a Southeast Asian hotel chain, wanted to promote their loyalty programme in a manner where it'd take centre-stage on the global stage. Instead of simply providing the repetitive rewards that even the largest 5-star hotels offer, they desired something different. So we helped them rewrite the rules of hospitality by adding a whole new tier, offering loyal guests the experience of living like a real rock star. Members who achieved Rockstar Status would get to do anything they wanted in their rooms — something no hotel has ever voluntarily offered before.
