Kunal Jeswani
Group CEO Singapore & Malaysia
Kunal has been with Ogilvy since 2005. He is currently based in Singapore and is the Group CEO for Ogilvy Singapore & Malaysia.
Kunal has spent over two decades in the communications business working with a range of clients, including Unilever, Mondelez, Nestle, Vodafone, BMW, Pernod Ricard, The Tata Group, The ITC Group, Pringles, Changi Airport Group and SingTel. He has worked on integrated election campaigns for political parties in India and in Mauritius. He worked on building the Indian Premier League (IPL), managing all IPL communication over a period of eight years, and also led the campaign for the South Asia ICC Cricket World Cup.
Prior to his current role in Singapore & Malaysia, Kunal was the CEO of Ogilvy India from 2015 to 2022. Before that he was Chief Digital Officer and Country Head of OgilvyOne in India.
His passions include scuba diving, origami and teaching.
He also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the AAMS, Singapore; and as a member of the Governing Council of his alma mater, MICA, Ahmedabad.

Aanchal has over 20 years of experience leading global and regional brands across diverse geographies including India, MENA and APAC.

As Asia Managing Director for Unilever and as part of WPP@Unilever, she leads the Pond’s and Vaseline global team, regional work on Dove and Comfort and works hand in hand with the Ogilvy APAC offices to deliver best in class work for Unilever in-market.

Manjit Singh
Chief Operating Officer, ASEAN
Manjit has been with Ogilvy for 15 years and has over 20 years of experience in the areas of business strategy, leading and advising corporations through transformation, expansion and change management across the region.
As the Chief Operating Officer, ASEAN, Manjit is responsible for overseeing the finance, operations and commercial management for Ogilvy’s business across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Manjit’s purpose is to foster closer collaboration, leverage synergies across his markets and the network. He has extensive experience and understanding of ASEAN countries, is sensitive to the various cultures as he partners with market leaderships in areas of business transformation, financial, administrative, commercial, operational and risk management.
Outside of work, he spends time with his wife, two teenage sons and his dog, Donut. He enjoys nature, tennis and being entertained by TikTok content.
Kaiting Fu
Finance Director
Kaiting joined Ogilvy in 2012 as a Senior Finance Manager for Redworks.
She’s an experienced and accomplished CPA with over 15 years of experience covering business partnering and commercial finance, budgeting, management reporting as well as compliance for Singapore companies.
She started her career with 5 years in audit compliance with EY and PWC before extending her experience in the commercial world with RWS prior to joining Ogilvy.
Since joining Ogilvy, she has taken on numerous portfolio from supporting Redworks to seeing it rebrand and transit to Hogarth, and now to supporting business leaders covering a range of clients like HSBC, CAG, Nestle, Toyota, William Grant and various government clients.
She believes through continuous improvement in commercial acumens, processes and workflows, enhanced team efforts across capabilities/ crafts, and takes pride that even Finance can support the leaders to make strategic and important decisions for Ogilvy to bring value not only to our clients but also improve our employees' experience.
Troy Lim
Group Creative Director
A creative force with a passion for impactful storytelling, Troy brings a wealth of experience to his role as Group Creative Director at Ogilvy Singapore. Troy has a proven track record of developing transformative campaigns that deliver measurable results across Singapore and Asia-regional markets.
His digital-first approach is underpinned by a Postgraduate degree in Digital Media Management and years of experience crafting award-winning campaigns. Troy's work has consistently earned him top honours at prestigious industry events, including Gold Lions at Cannes, Gold Effies, IPA Gold, Gold One Show Pencils, Gold Clios, and the coveted D&AD Yellow Pencil. Sharon Ooi
Director, Talent, Singapore & Malaysia
Sharon is the Director of Talent for Ogilvy Singapore & Malaysia and comes with more than 20 years of talent experience from across a variety of industries including advertising, brand creative design, IT solutions, logistics and freight forwarding. She has experience in the full spectrum of HR that includes recruitment, training & development planning, HR business partnering, employee mobility, HR policy creation, employee performance management, etc.
Her first foray into the world of advertising was back in 2011 when she joined Leo Burnett as an HR Manager. Over the course of 6 years, Sharon progressed to HR Director of Leo Burnett (and then Saatchi & Saatchi and Prodigious with the creation of the Publicis Communications group in 2016).
Outside of work, Sharon loves to travel to explore all the world has to offer. Other than travel, she enjoys the company of her three cats, she avidly practices yoga, and indulges in chocolate whenever she fancies (which can be quite often).

Sudhir brings over 18 years of industry experience, spanning product design to advertising. His career has been marked by innovative work with both regional and global brands, including Cadbury, Qatar Airways, Nike, Changi Airport, Johnnie Walker, P&G, Coca-Cola, Ferrero Rocher, and Diageo. Sudhir has always championed creative collaboration, blending art with emerging technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the industry.
His work has garnered numerous prestigious awards, including Singapore's first Cannes Innovation Lion and Product Design Lion, as well as accolades from D&AD, One Show, and Clio, among others.
Greg Carton
WPP Open X OU Lead, ASEAN and South Pacific
Greg has lived in Asia for over 35 years, 20 of which have been with Ogilvy. His journey with Ogilvy began in 2004 when he joined in Hong Kong as an Account Director looking after a portfolio of international brands – The Economist, Delta Airlines, and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts – in addition to local brands – SmarTone and Swire Properties.
In 2011 he was he was promoted to Director of Client Growth for Ogilvy Hong Kong – where he was responsible for new business development for the Ogilvy network in the territory. For the next 3 consecutive years, Ogilvy Hong Kong was ranked #1 in the New Business League by R3 Asia Pacific.
In 2013 Greg was named one of Campaign Asia’s “40 under 40”. That same year, he was promoted to Head of Marketing & Communications for Ogilvy in Asia Pacific – responsible for the overall reputation management of the agency network across 37 offices in 18 markets.
From 2018 Greg held a dual-role as Global Business Director looking after Huawei’s Consumer Business Group, responsible for biannual executive briefings with a focus on Huawei’s core global strategy objectives in the premium, fashion, and technology sectors.
Following a global pitch in 2021 – the biggest of its nature for the global industry in over 3 decades – Greg has since moved to Singapore to establish and run WPP’s Open X business for The Coca-Cola Company. Greg’s stewardship of WPP Open X is responsible for all of Coca-Cola’s 100+ brands across 14 countries in ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific.
Nikhil Panjwani
Executive Creative Director, Asia
Nikhil is a regional ECD at Ogilvy Singapore. Born and bred in Bombay, he has led teams across India and Asia Pacific to create world-famous work for brands like Ikea, Absolut, Heineken, Google, Guinness, Nike, United Nations Vaseline, Virgin Mobile and most recently, The Coca-Cola Company. Work that sometimes went beyond ads and became part of pop culture. Winning him over 97 shiny metals, including golds at Cannes, one show, Webbys, the Andy’s, D&AD, Clios, LIA and a Grand Prix at Adfest. In 2015, ad-age claimed he was one of the top 10 copywriters in the world. How they arrived at that sketchy data point is still up for debate.
Off late, he's been applying his specialised skills of persuasion to get his 3-yr old to stay off screens. So far, it isn't working.
Anggie Aprillia
Director, Social & Influence
Anggie Aprillia is the Social and Influence Director for Ogilvy, ASEAN, and the South Pacific. She is responsible for leading WPP StudioX’s Social and Influence capability from industry thought leadership, crafting best-in-class impactful work supported by the right team and organizational structure to support our ambition in elevating The Coca-Cola Company’s social and influence across 11 markets in ASP.
Anggie brings over a decade of expertise in a diverse marketing and communication spectrum, from digital, advertising, content, social, and now influence. She started her journey with Ogilvy from Indonesia’s office in 2013 and led a team focused on digital and social media. She moved to Ogilvy Singapore in 2016 as part of WPP talent mobility, where she successfully grew social and content offerings across different regional clients from financial, FMCG, and tech companies during her role as Director of Content. Anggie has steadily risen through the ranks of Ogilvy, taking on management roles of increasing responsibility.

Daniel Cullen

Daniel is the WPP Executive Director for Colgate-Palmolive in Asia.
His 25 years in the business have included spells in London, Hamburg, Singapore and Hong Kong. And a number of leadership roles with global and regional clients such as Unilever, Diageo, Vodafone, Shangri-La and Standard Chartered.
A Spikes judge in 2023, his teams have been recognised at multiple awards shows including golds at Cannes and IPA Effectiveness.

Emily Poon
President, Public Relations & Influence, Asia
Emily is the Asia Pacific President of Ogilvy Public Relations (OPR) with over 20 years of experience in corporate reputation, integrated marketing and strategic communications. She has consulted for global multinational companies as well as small, medium enterprises across diverse industry sectors.
Her 16-year long career at Ogilvy saw her rise up to become the youngest-ever and the first female head of OPR leading a 1000-strong team across 13 markets in Asia Pacific. Passionate about driving DE&I, OPR country leadership is now made up of 92% locals and women now make up 71% of its senior leadership bench, in line with the proportion of women working in the Public Relations field.
Under Emily’s leadership, OPR has grown its business and presence in the region, adding New Zealand, Shanghai and Pakistan offices to its APAC footprint. The firm has stepped up its transition into a progressive entity, blending a growing digital and social media practice with strategic depth in corporate and brand communications. A pioneer in leveraging marketing technology to shape consumer experiences, Ab is responsible for defining and steering the technology vision, strategic expansion, and technology-driven commercial growth for both Verticurl and Ogilvy.

David Dahan
President & Managing Director, T&P Asia Pacific / Managing Director, WPP Unilever
David Dahan has led agencies and global clients for the past 10 years in London, Australiaand Singapore. Prior to that he was a brand and communication strategist.
Over his 20+ years of experience, David worked on very iconic Brands such as Toyota,Dulux, Mercedes, J&J, Gillette, Emirates, Stella Artois, Aviva and, as Global Client Lead,many Unilever brands – Dove, DiG, Axe, Clear, Hellmann’s, Pond’s, Vaseline, Comfort.
David is now leading The&Partnership, an integrated agency network across Asia Pacific, offering bespoke solutions to major clients and putting collaboration at the heart of its model. He is also the WPP global lead for Unilever in Singapore, where he created a bespoke global hub, bringing the might of over 100 dedicated people from 10 different WPP companies, across creative, media, research and production.
David is particularly proud of the suite of award-winning work for Dove which is now a case study in terms of inclusive, empathy-driven, brand and product marketing that tripled the size of the brand in less than 20 years, turning it to Unilever's largest brand.
Andy Kochar
Deputy Regional CFO
Andy Kochar currently serves as Deputy Regional Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific since 2014. In this role, Andy is a strategic business partner who oversees the financial and commercial operations in APAC. Andy first joined Ogilvy in 2004 as the North America Controller for Ogilvy PR. He was promoted to North America CFO and then to Worldwide COO and CFO of Ogilvy PR. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2014 to take on his current role and is now based in Singapore. Andy enjoys being a business partner to help the company grow its profit through operational and commercial initiatives.
Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Andy is married and has 3 beautiful children (Shreya, Anisha and Ayaan).
Andy is also an accomplished pilot who learned to fly on the Cessna 172. Outside of his love for his family and flying, Andy is an all-out sports fan who continues to follow all his New York sports teams and of course his cricket team from India.
Sue Olivier
Chief People Officer, Ogilvy Asia
Sue is the Chief People Officer for the Ogilvy Group in Asia Pacific, with responsibilities for talent development, learning and development, L&D, wellness, DEI and oversight on mobility, talent acquisition and compensation and benefits. Sue is the talent and HR business partner in the agency across 18 markets.
Almost three decades at Ogilvy, she spent the earlier part of her career as Business Director, working in 6 markets across multiple global businesses before transitioning into talent leadership for the region.
She creates and conducts leadership, senior and middle management training for Ogilvy and runs the prestigious 30 for 30 Women’s leadership program, now in it’s 6th year

Arvind Srivastava
Chief Strategy Officer, Ogilvy Asia
Arvind is Ogilvy Asia’s Chief Strategy Officer where he leads a team of cross-functional strategists across 20 offices and 14 markets in the region.
Arvind has spent 20 years with Ogilvy Asia in various strategic planning roles based out of markets like India, South East Asia, and, most recently, China where he spent 7 years before moving back to Singapore in 2023.
During his time at Ogilvy, Arvind has worked on global clients like The Coca-Cola Company, Nestlé, Motorola, American Express, as well as breakthrough Asian brands like ITC, Maxis, Alibaba among others. He is proud that work on some of these brands won multiple creative and effectiveness awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Spikes Asia, AMEs, Effies, WARC, and the IPA of UK.

James Baldwin
Head of Influence - Asia, PR & Influence
Over his last 5 years, James has played a key role in building Ogilvy’s market-leading Influencer proposition based out of Ogilvy UK. At the forefront of what innovative Influencer strategy looks like, James has led a multi-market award-winning influencer team on some of the world biggest consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Unilever, British Airways, World Health Organisation and the IOC Olympics Games to name a few.
The last 18 months has seen James spearheaded the development of Ogilvy PR’s innovative new discipline, Business Influence. The first of its kind in the industry, James has helped enable Ogilvy’s most established B2B clients such as Vodafone, IBM, Samsung and EY, encouraging senior client leads to take their first steps into B2B Influencer marketing.
