THE RETURN OF THE MILKMAID SAGA, WITH A NEW EPISODE THAT BRAVES THE COLD OF WINTER
Produced by the duo Johnsen & Mona (Blue Paris), this new episode in the famous saga created by Ogilvy Paris stands out from its predecessors by taking the character of La Laitière out of her usual setting.
This time, the film opens with a spectacular vision of an explorer in the middle of a snowstorm, looking for shelter and a little warmth. He finds refuge with La Laitière, the icon of the Desserts category, who, in a reflex of generosity and fraternity, does not hesitate to offer him the protection of her chalet. This sweet and generous sequence naturally leads to the tasting of one of the brand's signature products : La Laitière rice pudding.
Drawing on this whole universe of cinematic references, the directors have staged this impromptu encounter in the form of a warmer-than-usual sequence. In doing so, they have managed to poetically convey all the sweetness and comfort that can be found in an ancestral recipe, with carefully selected ingredients and perfectly mastered flavor.
The film uses certain specific codes from the saga (the time-lapse effect around the tasting) to elevate the promise of pleasure, with each tasting taking the form of a moment of "suspended time" that allows the individual to recharge his or her batteries. In this way, Ogilvy Paris agency offers us another inspiring translation of the La Laitière brand promise : "It's so good to take time".
