Personal data and its processing

No personal data is collected or processed on the http://ogilvy.at website. We do not set any cookies and do not use any tools to track your visit to our website.

You also have the right to object to Ogilvy & Mather GmbH if the legal basis for data processing is overriding legitimate interest and we cannot prove that our interests outweigh yours. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. As of May 25, 2018, you also have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”): You have the right to have your personal data excluded from further processing if you have exercised your right to rectification or objection and we have not yet decided on this (right to restriction of processing). You have the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have the data transmitted directly from us to another controller designated by you, provided that the requirements of Art. 20 GDPR are met.
