Out of the 200+ Million NFL fans, less than 0.01% will ever get to experience the Super Bowl in person. Verizon's FanFest gave fans the next best thing, bringing 30 Super Bowl parties to NFL cities across the country. In order to create demand and raise awareness for the 30-city festival,, we put the fans front and center, tapping into what they care most about – their teams and their favorite players. We developed a robust integrated PR & Social strategy to create maximum impact at launch and sustain excitement. This included working with six NFL legends to bring a first-of-its-kind promo for the campaign via an Instagram group chat, and creating an ecosystem of content in collaboration with over 30 NFL players across local and national markets.
