College athletes can now sign name, image, and likeness (NIL) deals, earning extra income. But NIL sponsorships aren't doled out equally, with gender disparities persisting. H&R Block has teamed up with Fabletics and Jambys to bring greater awareness to this inequity to further grow its "A Fair Shot" program, which champions gender equity among student athletes receiving NIL sponsorships, as well as expanding the number of sports that the athletes are chosen from. Ogilvy New York and H&R Block teamed up for a campaign shining a spotlight on the program and H&R Block's belief of maximum gains for all.
