When connectivity comms giant Vodafone signed a five-year partnership with the prestigious tennis tournament Wimbledon, we knew we had a fame-ready campaign on our hands and a British brand pairing fit for the doubles champions trophy.
Britain's Got Talent viewers got to watch the first serve of #FeelTheConnection - a 30" ad featuring UK tennis superstar Emma Raducanu inspiring a young girl who avidly watches Emma's incredible technique on her smartphone in the garden, aspiring to become a tennis pro herself.
The fully integrated campaign demonstrates how Vodafone helps British people feel more connected to experiences they love, like being closer to the tennis at Centre Court, through the Wimbledon Uncovered in 360 cameras.
Alongside traditional media channels including #TV, #OOH, and #social, we brought the campaign to life in an industry-first 3D Piccadilly Lights activation where Emma becomes a digital avatar on the Ocean’s Deep Screen at the start of The Championships.
