Nespresso had previously developed Facebook and Instagram shops for each of their markets. However, each shop followed its own strategy and contained rudimentary content.
Ogilvy Social.Lab was tasked with assisting them to elevate their digital stores at a global level. The agency developed a full creative plan, based on Nespresso’s commercial calendar to illustrate each product which was adapted based on each market’s maturity.
The agency used this to develop a content playbook – including competitors' examples, best practices, specific collection categories and creative guidelines and built a content calendar to clearly define when collections needed to be changed on the Nespresso social platforms.
