According to Missing Children Argentina, there are currently more than 100 missing children who were last seen within the country. With the support of UNICEF and Ogilvy Argentina, the organization has created a campaign to raise the profile of these missing children cases through a unique and bold approach. The campaign leverages the contentious relationship between the children of celebrities and the paparazzi. Argentinean law requires children in paparazzi photos to have their faces blurred, so Missing Children and UNICEF came up with the idea of replacing their blurred faces with a QR code that points to Missing Children's website. In protecting the identity of children, "Unseen Faces" shows the faces of children who need to be seen.
